What is SSO (Single Sign-On)?
SSO allows users to log in securely using their company’s existing email provider and domain(s). Only users with email addresses that match the approved domains can log in.

What is Passwordless Email Sign-On?
Passwordless authentication eliminates the need for traditional passwords. Users can log in by receiving a unique link or one-time code via email.
How It Works:
Users enter their email address during login.
They receive a one-time link or code to their email.
Clicking the link or entering the code completes the login process.
Key Benefits of Passwordless Authentication:
Simpler User Experience: No passwords to remember or manage.
Secure and Flexible: Users can log in regardless of their email domain, making it ideal for organizations with diverse or external teams.
Which Method Should You Choose?
We recommend SSO for most organizations because of its security and management benefits. Passwordless email sign-on can be a good alternative for teams without centralized email domains or for external collaborators.
How to Configure the Login Method
Navigate to the "Company Settings" section in Welcome Workdays.
Choose SSO (Single Sign-On) or Passwordless Email Sign-On as the login method.
If selecting SSO, specify the allowed email domains.
Save your settings.
