High-level description of how the platform work

Updated over 6 months ago

The Welcome platform (hereinafter Welcome) is a Software as a Service (SaaS) IT

platform that aims to solve 3 main purposes:

  1. Make real estate management easy for real estate managers.
An example could be managing lease agreements in the building.

  2. Make management of their own lease easy for tenants. A tenant refers to a company that rents premises from a real estate manager.
An example could be managing employee access to the premises.

  3. Provide access to all digital resources in the building in one place for its users.
A user is typically an employee of a tenant.
Examples of resources could be digital access and meeting room bookings.

User Interfaces

Welcome has the following user interfaces available for end users:

building are made available.
