User guide when your employer uses Microsoft or Google for Single Sign-On (SSO) purposes

To register as a user in Welcome, follow these steps:

1. Go to wlcm.work in your browser

Go to wlcm.work in your browser. Enter your email address (the address you use when logging on to your computer), and choose Next.

2. Log in using Microsoft or Google

You are now directed to either Microsoft or Google to log in. Unless you are already logged in, you will be asked to log in and/or confirm with your password.

3. Add mobile phone and approve consent

You are now returned to the Welcome login app, and asked to complete your information by adding your mobile phone number, and consent to Welcome using your name, email address and mobile phone throughout the service.


That is all that is needed - welcome to us!
