How to Add Multiple Domains for SSO

This article is for all IT administrators who want to know more about how to add multiple domains for Single Sign-On (SSO)

How it works

To add additional domains for SSO, you must have the Company Administrator role

  1. Click Company

  2. Click Company Settings

  3. Scroll down and find SSO Settings. Click the Add domains button

  4. Enter the domain. Select whether the domain is a Microsoft or Google domain.

    You can add more domains if you wish. Click the add Another Domain button to add multiple domains in a single operation, then click the bottom "Add domains" button.

  5. If everything went well, you will see a green confirmation box – and the domains will appear in the list under SSO settings. It may take up to 24 hours for domains to be activated.
