Welcome Communication makes it easy for building administrators to keep tenants informed about everything happening in the building. From critical operational updates to news and special offers, you can create and send messages directly from the Welcome Workdays portal.

The module allows for a clear distinction between mandatory operational messages and marketing content that requires user consent.

Key Features for Administrators

  • Create and Manage News: Write articles, add photos, and format your content. You can save posts as drafts and collaborate with other administrators before publishing.

  • Flexible Notifications: Choose to notify users via email and/or SMS, or simply publish the news to the portal without a notification.

  • Target Your Audience: Send messages to all users in the building, only tenant administrators, or a specific selection of tenant companies.

  • Differentiate Message Types: Clearly distinguish between mandatory Operational Messages (e.g., "Planned maintenance on the elevators") and Marketing Messages that require user consent (e.g., "Free bicycle service").

  • Multi-language Support: Write content in Norwegian and add an optional English translation. An AI-powered auto-translate feature is also available to simplify the process.

  • Track Performance: Monitor how many signed-in users have read your posts and get delivery statistics for emails (bounced, delivered, and read).
