Receiving visitors

User guide for end users receiving visitors

Updated over 6 months ago

1. Visitor registers

When visitors arrive at the real estate, they register at the visit terminals by the entrance, or through QR code on their own mobile.

2. You receive a notification

You receive a notification by SMS and email about this:

Follow the link at the end of the message to get to the quick answer page for the visitor. The link expires after 15 minutes.

3. Give access and/or answer

You will get a screen similar to this, giving you 2 choices:

  1. If you choose "Give access", the visitor will receive a digital key (code) and instructions on how to use it. The visitor can then proceed as far as your company has decided to allow visitors into the building.

  2. You can also message the visitor directly using the "Answer" button. If the building has a shared reception or your company has its own reception, you can also communicate with the reception here. Reception staff will see if you grant access to someone into the building, but will not see the content of the communication between you and the visitor - only any messages you have sent to the reception.
