High-level description
A digital, self-service, and user-friendly solution for booking meeting rooms in non-exclusive areas of the building. All registered users will be able to book meeting rooms based on availability and rules set by the building administrator and possibly the company administrator.
How it Works
Creation and Maintenance of Meeting Rooms
The building administrator sets up the conditions and settings for meeting rooms, including price, exclusivity, and equipment in the meeting rooms.
Booking
End Users
Users utilize the portal to book/reserve meeting rooms. A confirmation of the reservation is sent to the user via email.
Building Administrator
The building administrator can manually book meeting rooms on behalf of other users and can also make recurring bookings. The building administrator also has the ability to view and plan meeting room operations, as well as move meeting room bookings with a copy sent to the original booker.
Booking Information
Meeting rooms can be displayed on information screens through a dedicated data stream (via API). Any meeting room panels can also display booking information.
