Welcome Booking has time limits for when a booking can be cancelled. If you have tried to cancel a meeting room booking and the option is not available, this is likely the reason.


The cancellation rule

Regular users can cancel their own booking up to 1 hour before the meeting starts. After that, the cancel option is no longer available.

Building administrators can cancel bookings at any time before the meeting ends.


Example

You have booked a meeting room for 10:00-14:00. As a regular user, you can cancel this booking up until 09:00. After 09:00, the cancel button will not appear.


How to cancel a booking

  1. Log in to app.welcomeworkdays.com or open the Welcome Workdays app.

  2. Go to Booking and find your reservation under My bookings.

  3. Click on the booking you want to cancel.

  4. Click Cancel.

If you do not see the Cancel button, the 1-hour deadline has passed.


Too late to cancel?

If you need to cancel a booking but the deadline has passed, contact your building administrator. Building administrators can cancel bookings at any time before the meeting ends.
