Welcome Workdays lets you receive useful information about your building, such as lunch offers, events, and services. To send you this information, we need your consent.
Why do we need your consent?
We are legally required to collect consent directly from each user before sending information via email, SMS, or other channels. A colleague or administrator cannot give consent on your behalf — you must do it yourself.
When am I asked for consent?
The first time you log in to Welcome Workdays, you see a welcome screen where you choose what you want to receive:
General updates — News and information about your building.
You can choose whether to consent to these communications before accepting.
How to manage your consent
Log in to app.welcomeworkdays.com.
Go to My Profile, found near the bottom left corner of your screen.
Go to Consents, found near the top left corner of your screen.
Tick or untick the Communication tickbox.
Click the Save Changes button to confirm the changes.
You can change your consent at any time, however, if you choose not to consent then you will not receive news and information about your building.
