About Welcome Workdays
Welcome Workdays is a Norwegian-developed platform for office buildings, established by Entra, Storebrand and Malling & Co. The platform simplifies the management of services such as:
Visitor registration
Access cards
Building handbook and information
Communications to tenants
Staff restaurant and lunch
The system makes everyday life easier for both employees and visitors by bringing multiple features together in one user-friendly solution.
Information for employees
When you invite employees to Welcome Workdays, they will receive an invitation email from Welcome Workdays. This email is not spam. Below is an example of what the email looks like:

The owner of our building has a tenant platform called Welcome Workdays, which we will soon be putting into use. This is a platform designed to make the working day easier and provide simplified access to services in the office building.

What do you need to do?
To get started, follow these simple steps:
Click the link in the email you receive.
Enter your work email address (we only use our work email).
Log in with your existing work profile via SSO (Azure, Google or email).
Confirm your information and add your phone number.
You are now registered as a user in Welcome Workdays, and your name will be visible to visitors. You can change your visibility settings yourself after logging in.
When a visitor has registered, you will receive an SMS. You will then have the option to respond with the following:
I'll be there in 5 minutes
I'll be there in 10 minutes
Or free text
In addition to visitor registration, you can use Welcome Workdays to manage your access card and other services in the building. The system is designed to make your working day easier and more efficient.
