How to generate a six-digit code if you have forgotten your card

This article is for all users who have forgotten their access card at home and need a temporary code to enter the building and access areas

Generating your temporary six-digit access card

  1. Log in to app.welcomeworkdays.com.

  2. Go to Me, found near the top-right corner of your screen.

  3. Go to Access, found near the top left corner of your screen.

  4. Go to Forgot your card, click the drop-down button in the corner, and click the Generate access code button, found in the middle of your screen.

  5. Your temporary six-digit access code will be generated and displayed in a few seconds for you to use at a door reader.


​Please note: You can only generate this code once per day and it will expiry at the end of the working day and it's simply a temporary solution when you've left your access badge at home.
