For an optimal experience with Welcome Visit visitor registration, we recommend specific iPad models and stands that ensure a secure and stable setup. In addition, permanent power connectivity should be available for the iPad.

Order the same key type for all stands within the same organisation, plus spare keys. Replacement lock cylinders can be difficult to source later.
Angled power cable: We recommend ordering an angled power cable together with the stand, as Apple's standard OEM cable does not fit in the kiosk enclosure. Use a USB-C to USB-C cable so that Apple's included USB charger can be used. For example this one from Kjell (90° USB-C Angle Adapter).
