Logo

The Welcome Workdays logo is the core of our visual identity and gives our brand a clear and professional expression. The logo is available in various formats and versions to suit different use cases.

Logo Information

Primary logo

The primary logo is used in black and is our default version.

Alternative logo

The white logo with grey text is used in contexts where the primary logo is not visible, for example on dark backgrounds.

Formats

The logos can be downloaded in the following formats:

AI: For editing in professional design programmes.

EPS: For print and larger formats such as posters or banners.

PNG: For digital surfaces such as websites or emails.

Usage guidelines

Always ensure there is sufficient clear space around the logo. A minimum of 20% of the logo's size should be free from other elements.

Changing proportions, colours, or typeface is not permitted.

Always use the version of the logo that provides the best contrast against the background.


Colour palette

The colours of Welcome Workdays have been developed to balance the professionalism of technology with the warmth and approachability of community. The palette consists of primary colours that form the foundation of the brand, as well as secondary colours that add energy and variety. In addition, there are shades and transparency levels that can be used to create depth and flexibility in design.

Typography

Our typography should be readable and modern. Proxima Nova has been chosen as the primary font, as it combines professionalism and friendliness.

IBM Plex Sans: Used on websites, apps, and in all standard communication. Available for download from Google Fonts here:

  • Inter

  • Avenir

  • Helvetica

  • Arial

Hanken Grotesk: Used primarily in presentations and other visual materials that require an extra design touch. This font gives a modern and aesthetic expression and works

Fallback fonts:

Roboto, Inter, System-ui, Avenir, Helvetica, Arial, Sans-serif

These fonts ensure consistency across platforms and maintain readability where IBM Plex Sans is not available.

Secondary typeface:
