The Integration Options
The company can be set up in three different ways, depending on the desired level of automation:
Manual integration
When a user is created in Welcome, they are not automatically connected to the access system. The user therefore cannot generate a card themselves.
To activate the user:
User → Integrate user with the access system
And then User → Welcome Access → Actions → Send email about digital access card
Semi-automatic integration
New users are automatically connected to the access system and can create cards. However, the user does not receive information about the Welcome Access app until you manually send the invitation via Actions → Send card.
Fully automatic integration
When a user is created in Welcome, they automatically receive an email with instructions for creating an access card.
