There are two ways to change your PIN code: Welcome Access app or the Welcome Portal.

Open the Welcome Access app on your smartphone

Scroll down to "Access" and tap the "Access PIN" field

1. Open the Welcome Access app on your smartphone
2. Tap "Profile" at the bottom right
3. Tap your name at the top of the screen
4. Scroll down to "Access" and tap the "Access PIN" field
    
   
    
5. Enter a new PIN code and save

Go to Me, found near the top-right corner of your screen.

Expand the "Manage PIN" section and click "Change PIN" and choose a new code

3. Go to Access, found near the top left corner of your screen.
 
 
4. Expand the "Manage PIN" section and click "Change PIN" and choose a new code
