Digital access cards work with a wide range of smartphones, but not all devices are guaranteed to work equally well. For further information on your smartphone, please see the list of compatible devices here.

Devices are rated on a reliability scale. A high reliability rating means customers consistently experience a high success rate when opening doors. Less common devices may not appear on the list but could still be compatible.

Operating system requirements

Please note: Older versions may still run the app, but are no longer officially supported. In fact, some older smartphones may not contain the require NFC hardware to operate the Welcome Access app.

Devices with a known end-of-life status are not supported. They may continue to work, but compatibility is no longer tested and issues will not

be investigated.

The compatible device list is updated twice a year. Last updated: January 2026.

Important note: Due to the large number of devices, regional variations, and network operator settings, it is not possible to test every combination. If your

device is not listed, it may still work — but we cannot guarantee it.
