Welcome Food has two parts: canteen payment and meeting food. Welcome Møtemat is the catering part — it lets you order food and drinks delivered directly to your meeting rooms.

Welcome Møtemat is a catering ordering service in your building. You order via the Welcome Workdays portal and the restaurant delivers at your chosen time and location.

The restaurant invoices your company directly — you don't pay through Welcome. Welcome is the ordering platform only.

Orders can only be edited by the restaurant after they have been placed. After confirmation, you must contact the restaurant directly and ask them to make the change on your behalf.

Please note that some restaurants use automatic approval, which means that the order is confirmed immediately. In this case, you cannot cancel via Welcome Workdays and must contact the restaurant directly.

Most restaurants have an order deadline of 12:00 the day before delivery. The deadline is always shown on the order form.
