How to use Welcome Booking
Welcome Booking lets you find and reserve meeting rooms and other shared resources in your building.
Booking a meeting room
Log in to app.welcomeworkdays.com.
Go to Me in the menu
Go to Booking in the menu.
Navigate to Search for rooms to find a room you'd like to book, you can use filters to find rooms by capacity and equipment too.
Select the date and time for your meeting
Alternatively, you can also use the calendar by clicking on a meeting room.
Click on the room you want and confirm the reservation by giving a Booking title and clicking the Confirm booking button.
You will receive a confirmation email.
Cancelling or changing a booking
Go to Booking and find your reservation under My bookings.
Click on the booking.
Select Cancel to remove it, or change the time/room.
Automatic cancellation: Some buildings have check-in enabled. If no one checks in within a certain time after the meeting starts, the room is automatically released. Check in by tapping the screen outside the meeting room or via the app.
Duration limits
Each meeting room may have a maximum booking duration set by the building's operations team. If you cannot book the room for your desired time period, this is likely the reason. Contact the building's operations team to request a change.
I can't find Booking in the menu
Booking is not enabled in all buildings. If you don't see "Booking" in the menu:
Check that you are logged in to the correct building.
Contact the building's operations team or reception to ask if booking is available.
Meeting room displays
Many meeting rooms have a digital screen outside the door showing whether the room is available or occupied. The screen updates automatically based on bookings in Welcome Booking.
If the screen shows the wrong status, contact the building's operations team.
Ordering meeting food
In some buildings, you can order meeting food directly as part of your booking via Welcome Snack. Look for the "Order food" option when creating your booking.
