There are two ways to download the Welcome Access app, depending on which company and building you are connected to.

Once downloaded, it's time to get started! Open the app and tap Ok, show me!

Tap Let's get started! and enter the email address linked to your Welcome Workdays account, then tap Continue.

Note: The app asks for your work email address. If your account is registered with a personal email address, use that instead.

You will now receive a 4-digit code to that email address to confirm your login. If you don't receive this email, check your junk/spam folder.

Note: This verification code may end up in your spam folder. If you still can't find it, you can ask your company administrator to verify that the correct email address is registered in Welcome. If it still doesn't appear, it may have been accidentally blocked — in that case, contact us at support@welcomeworkdays.com and we'll sort it out.

If the code is correct, you'll move to the next screen, where the app may request certain permissions, including notifications, location, and similar. We strongly recommend accepting all permissions requested — otherwise your access badge may not generate correctly and you may experience activation issues.

Note: To ensure a complete Welcome experience and that your access badge generates correctly, please accept all requests. If you do not, issues may arise when generating your access badge.

Once you have accepted all permissions, you'll arrive at the screen where you can generate your access badge. Tap Add to Apple Wallet.

You will be guided through a series of screens that add the access badge to Apple Wallet in the background. During the generation process, please do not interrupt the flow by switching screens or doing anything on screen that could interfere with generation, as this will prevent it from completing.

You will be asked to create a 4-digit PIN code which you use at readers when they flash yellow. Tap Ok, continue.

You will now see a screen where you must tap Accept and continue to generate the access badge.

You will now see a screen confirming that the access badge has been added to Apple Wallet.

Congratulations! Your access card should be ready soon, and you can start using it just like a physical card.
